General Statement Policy

Introduction
Protection of health, safety and the prevention of pollution to the environment are essential aims of the Company. The Company will strive to develop and provide services that have no undue environmental impact and are safe in their intended use, efficient in their consumption of energy and natural resources and can be recycled, reused or disposed of safely.
All employees must conduct their duties and responsibilities in compliance with applicable Libyan law / relevant regulation and Oil l/Gas standards relating to health and safety in the workplace and prevention of the pollution to the environment.
The health, safety and environment Manager of the Company shall adopted the administration of this police. Implementation shall be subject to the requirements of the health, Safety and Environment Committee of the Company's Management.

Purpose

This policy establishes and communicates the Company's policy concerning the protection of the health and safety of the Company's Employees and other persons affected by the Company's activities and the prevention of environmental pollution with respect to the Company's services.

Policy

1 - The Company will comply with all applicable Libyan laws and relevant Oil / Gas industries standards of practice concerning of health and safety of its Employees in the sites place and other persons affected by its activities and the prevention of environmental pollution. Protection of health, safety, and the prevention of pollution to the environment is a essential aim of the Company and the management of the Company shall take such actions as are reasonable and necessary to achieve such goal and aim.

2 - The Company will continuously evaluate the health, safety and Environmental ("HSE") aspects of our services. The goal will be to develop and provide services that have no undue environmental impact and are safe in their intended use, efficient in their consumption of energy and natural resources and can be recycled reused or disposed of safety .

3 - All Manager and Employees of the Company will conduct their duties and responsibilities in a manner which is compatible with achieving these goals and apply this policy.

4 - The company is committed to continual improvement of HSE
Management practices.

5 - The company will communicate and available this policy its employees, Endorsers, sub-contractors, suppliers, partners and customers and with the communities in which it operates in order to achieve these goals and apply these policies.

PROCEDURE

1 - This corporate Policy shall be implemented be the Company under the Consideration of the health, Safety and Environment Committee of the Board of Managers ("HSE Committee").

2-The Company shall establish and maintain self-assessment audit Programs sufficient to provide management of the company and the HSE Committee with providing of reports and relevant information concerning the Company's compliance with this policy.

3 - The HSE Coordinator of the Company shall designate a senior officer Of the Company as its supervision of Health, Safety and Environment ("HSE Supervisor").

4 - The HSE Supervisor shall follow up the administration of this corporate Policy and shall make such recommendations to the HSE committee as he will deem appropriate to apply such policy and achieve its goals.
